I have been working with Dr. Ella at Rehab2Perform for three months to strengthen my core and to improve my balance. I'm pleased to say I'm experiencing significant improvement in both areas. The quality of her treatment is top notch, carrying over even when I've worked a few times with other trainers. She listens and is very responsive to my input and concerns. Also, the office staff is very cordial and welcoming, always helpful in scheduling and/or canceling appointments.
