This will be the second time I've reviewed Mr. Bissell on here. The first a couple months ago and after being live for a couple hours I get calls from my sister and brother saying Mr Bissell told them if I did not take it down he was dropping our case thereby restarting our case. My father passed away over a year ago in dequeen. My brother is closest so he is the one we choose to deal with it all.
