I had a serious tyre blowout and was completely stuck. Robert came to the rescue and provided absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. He was fast, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. After waiting for over 1.5 hours and being messed around by another tyre company who were bringing the wrong tyre, I phone Dustcap and they were brilliant. Came out in 45 minutes, checked the tyre size and kept me up to date on arrival. Definitely recommend using them, really professional and will use them again if the need arises.

Had an emergency call out late on Wednesday evening in Leicester and thankfully Jack attended at the end of his shift to get me back on the road. He spent a considerable time due to the location of the incident and the issue with the wheel, ensuring I got back home that evening and he went over and above, in my opinion to ensure this, even though his own dinner was in the dog!! Needed urgent tyre replacement over weekend so booked online and paid in full for desired tyre to be fitted next day. No communication or confirmation from the company after this, had to call them the next day. Was then told they had no record of my appointment and would call me back but didn't. Chased again and was only informed at this point that the tyre I had paid for was not in stock and they could not fulfil my booking.
