I had the Detailed Cleaning done in our home because unfortunately I just don't have the time to do the deep cleaning. I will say that for the most part they did a good job but I can't say that it was Great. We excluded 6 rooms from the original quote just because those were areas that I decided I needed to tackle on my own. However the techs showed up at 9am on the dot and left a little before 3pm. Dust-to-Dazzle did such a good job on our detail clean that I asked to have them come weekly. The cleaning techs were professional and courteous. I really like the clear guidelines they provide in their FAQ and that I can use their online system to securely enter pay information and even tip. I also like that they give multiple options to communicate, including text. Another reason I selected them is that they are based in East Texas and insured/bonded.
We've been very happy with the quality of cleaning as well as the competency of our cleaners. Every one of the ladies has been personable and care about our wants and needs.
Just delighted with Elena after her first visit to our home! I worried she might feel overwhelmed working without a partner, but she was a champ! -- unhurried, thorough, gracious, and professional, meeting or exceeding our expectations. We'd be happy to have her return.
