TERRIBLE experience, Dust guard gave me a quote, I hired them based upon their ad that stated that they are BBB accredited, I later found out this was false advertising, they are NOT BBB accredited. They came to my home, made a complete mess of my home, dust, dirt, concrete debris everywhere. They presented me with a bill 3 times the original quote, telling me that the tile was harder to remove than they thought. I gave them $2100.00 for less than 3 hours work. Tim and his crew were FANTASTIC! We hired them to tear out all our carpet and tile! We were incredibly impressed with their attention to detail, respectfulness, and skill! We expected the job to take two days and they were finished with the whole house and had it completely cleaned up by the end of the first day. To see they house go from being covered in broken up tile covering almost every inch of the floor, to it being completely cleaned up and dust free within a few hours was wonderful!
