TERRIBLE experience, Dust guard gave me a quote, I hired them based upon their ad that stated that they are BBB accredited, I later found out this was false advertising, they are NOT BBB accredited. They came to my home, made a complete mess of my home, dust, dirt, concrete debris everywhere. They presented me with a bill 3 times the original quote, telling me that the tile was harder to remove than they thought. I gave them $2100.00 for less than 3 hours work. Terrible experience. Dust guard owner, came to my home to provide estimate to remove tile floors in my home. He gave me a quote, I accepted and employees came to do the work. They made a complete mess of my home, dust, dirt, and concrete debris was everywhere. What a great experience using Dust Guard for tile removal/grinding. From the initial call with ****** for a quote and scheduling, to *** and ***** doing the tile removal/grinding, which was very organized and clean. I would be happy to recommend and use them again. Thanks for a job well done.

***, ***** and ***** were everything the other reviews say. The whole crew was a pleasure to work with from the first call until the last tile and thinset was removed. Our project was a little more complicated than most due to the fact that we had an inch of thinset in some places. *** came to me with several options and we decided it would be best to ********************* the entire **** sq ft. It was such a pleasure having Tim (Dust Guard owner) and Chris perform the job of removing our tile. They took great pride in doing the job to perfection and went above and beyond for the completion of this job. We cannot emphasize enough that the whole process was truly dust free! Excellent process. 1100 ft of tile removed in day and a half. If you are hesitating about removing your tile floor I can assure you that Dust Guard makes it easy.

Tim and his crew were FANTASTIC! We hired them to tear out all our carpet and tile! We were incredibly impressed with their attention to detail, respectfulness, and skill! We expected the job to take two days and they were finished with the whole house and had it completely cleaned up by the end of the first day. To see they house go from being covered in broken up tile covering almost every inch of the floor, to it being completely cleaned up and dust free within a few hours was wonderful! I had exceptional service from my first call to Dust Guard to the completion of tile removal in my house. Initially I spoke with Kelley F. ( owner) and I was able to set up a date. She gave me clear instructions on how to prepare my house. She called a few days before the scheduled date and her team showed up on time on the date. I had most of the tile removed from my house.
