Tom and his team arrived on time and thoroughly explained the process. They went above and beyond to show that some vents were closed in the basement and explain how to get the best air flow in each room, something that two furnace companies did not figure out when we asked them why no air flow went to two of the bedrooms. They were diligent in their work, cleaned up after themselves and overall did an outstanding job cleaning our large house. Well worth the money. I highly recommend Dust Free Ducts.
Excellent service. Thorough, prompt, reasonably priced. (Clean up after themselves, too!) They helped me out when my inside duct came apart, allowing dryer lint to fly all over the basement. I called one day and they showed up the next morning and repaired it in about 7 minutes! Highly recommended! Worthy of 6 stars!

What an outstanding business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Sunny made scheduling so very easy. Kyle and Tony were exceptional explaining the entire process, respectful and a delight to chat with they as they worked in our home. It is refreshing to work with such a notable business!
