Horrible experience with this company. Don't waste your time. I booked because of their Groupon promo. The first appointment I scheduled they called me last minute to cancel because of an issue with their truck.. I got rescheduled to the next week. The next week came and they had to cancel because of the weather. Then rescheduled me to 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later come and I'm waiting for them (30 min late) so I call and they tell me I was never booked and have no idea what happened with the rescheduling. They cancelled twice because their "driver had an accident". Avoid the trouble and pick a different provider.
STAY AWAY! Bought coupon on Groupon. First booked appointment they called 20minutes before scheduled time saying they had car accident. Next appointment they came went to furnace started talking about something being broken in the furnace right away (which is being inspected every 2 years and of.course furnace is working fine) and then walked out of the job within 5 minutes. I dealt with James who took care of multiple properties for me on the same day. He did furnace cleaning and also did free furnance inspections at all properties. He found some minor issues with the furnaces and completed the recommended repairs while at the property which will save me hundreds of dollars on an emergency calls over the winter at these properties. Scheduled for a vent cleaning and was refused for asking for only the vents on the main level of my house to be cleaned. They advertise on Groupon offering discounts for up to 10 vents and the furnace. Once you book, they gather info and refuse if only only want the 10 vents cleaned
