Waste of time After a month of trying to buy a stove we gave up. They wouldn't call us back, even after a consultation, we never received a quote to move forward with the purchase. Don't waste your time.
Country Comfort in York is BETTER We bought our Pellet Stove from Dussingers...well..we now need parts and cant get anyone on the phone that has a clue and then you get put on a list for parts and no call...no call..and Im so ticked Im shaking..This is not how you conduct business!
Answer your phone messages I called and got your answering machine, even though you were open. I left a message because I want to buy some type of a wood stove.It's been almost 10 days...and no return call. NOT A GOOD THING
