We purchased a remote-controlled gas fireplace insert from this "business" in 2008 for $6k. This year the remote control unit failed. I unplugged the receiver unit and took both the handheld remote and receiver to their location to be evaluated (assuming that only one of the components had failed). Upon arriving I was greeted by a pretentious oaf who informed me that "clearly you didn't buy that here!" After a month of trying to buy a stove we gave up. They wouldn't call us back, even after a consultation, we never received a quote to move forward with the purchase. Don't waste your time.

Country Comfort in York is BETTER We bought our Pellet Stove from Dussingers...well..we now need parts and cant get anyone on the phone that has a clue and then you get put on a list for parts and no call...no call..and Im so ticked Im shaking..This is not how you conduct business!
Answer your phone messages I called and got your answering machine, even though you were open. I left a message because I want to buy some type of a wood stove.It's been almost 10 days...and no return call. NOT A GOOD THING
