Dear Mr. Owner, Yesterday, I came to your pharmacy to submit my prescription. I was informed that my medication would be ready within 15 minutes. Since I was in significant pain, I confirmed twice with your staff that the medicine would be delivered to my home within an hour. However, my wife called the pharmacy multiple times between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., and no one answered the phone. Very long wait times for both medication pickup and vaccinations. I strongly recommend not getting flu shots for children at this pharmacy—they do not know how to properly handle kids. My 2-year-old required two attempts for the injection, and even days later she is still complaining of pain. Overall, a very poor experience.
