Everything we tried was wonderful. Service is exceptional. Yellowtail and jalapeno roll is delicious. Wagu nagiri is the absolute best bite you'll have. It's worth the trip!!!
Tasty food - recommend the edamame and vegetarian sushi. They accomodated our dietary restrictions! It is higher end, so def pricey.
Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The wild salmon aburi is a must try. Everything is super fresh and delicious.
Its the Ritz, expect to pay top dollar for whatever you get. That being said, we were surprised at the quality and service at Dusk. The chef's are very PASSIONATE about their food, they are perfectionists in the best possible way. The care and attention to making the food is only matched by the taste and freshness of the ingredients.
Visited on Saturday, 7 June 2025, we ordered an appetizer, sushi and a vegetarian dish. Sushi was tasty and the vegetarian rolls with deep fried yams, was excellent! The service was friendly and attentive. The decor is modern and complemented the artistry of the dishes. We were staying at the Ritz, and would definitely return to visit Dusk next time we are in Naples.
