Amazing food with uneven service at an incredibly busy hotel. Would still highly recommend.
The food is fine, the service is very slow and the atmosphere is noisy with a loud, bad soundtrack and multiple sports screens.I don’t believe a &300+ meal in a Japanese restaurant should take place in a tacky, screamingly loud sports bar. The changes to this place have ruined it. We will never return.
Loved it! The food and ambience is amazing and it is the perfect date spot. My only suggestion is the service out on the patio could have been better. Took a while to be waited on and the server never really came back to check on us. The Ritz Carlton as a brand has tanked since it was purchased by Marriot but otherwise everthing was great.
