I am writing this review because I had a very negative experience dealing with the front staff! This has NOTHING todo with Dr. Utamsingh he is a professional doctor and so are his nurses! But when you have a front office & a wanna be office manager with horrible and nasty attitude with no respect for a patient who has been coming to him for couple of years now and so does my husband it’s is very difficult to continue going to see Dr. Utamsingh. Dr. Utamsingh is excellent provider, very Thorough and caring and has excellent staff
They don't care about your health. They care about your pocket. I spent more than an hour to wait for doctor and he hardly spent 2 minutes with me and he wanted that room to be empty to pull another patient in that room. The appointment was physical appointment but doctor changed it to follow up and never describe what are we following up on. I was not there to see the doctor to just check my blood pressure or my weight. Very dissatisfied.
Recently chose him as my PCP and was incredibly happy. The staff was super friendly, the office is always quick and he was very helpful with the referral. The Associated Family Physician group has multiple doctors to choose from and office is huge. Very happy.
