First, it is important to know any review prior to December 2022 is moot. Dr Duryea joined a different practice practice in December 2022 and the quality of service changed completely. We started with Dr. Duryea in December 2021 on the recommendation of our dentist. We paid the total bill upfront and we were very pleased with the service for the first year. This place is a JOKE. I've been an Invisalign patient of theirs for over a year, and there is a significant lack of professionalism and respect shown towards me as their patient. They have no regard for anyone's time. One time, I had a scheduled appointment with them, so I took off work, drove 45 minutes to their office, and, to my surprise, they were not present.
