Enjoyed the great training provided by Duravel. It was hands on training and Tim was very informative and highly skilled with he could create with the Duravel products. His techniques on installation of each product superb and very well executed. If Duravel is in your area go check out their product line and get to know Tim. Looking forward to using Duravel Products.
Tim and Zane have been wonderful. They are prompt to answer the phone and getting orders out. They have a customer first mentality and being that it is owner operated and not a private equity firm or an idiot for an owner like other manufacturers they take pride in what they do.
