Went in for hives. had 3 appointments. The first two were 5 minutes or less (other than time for the allergy test). Not many questions were asked and no explanations were provided. On the third appointment no answers were found, which i understand can happen but no possible alternatives were provided. The office is disgusting, boxes piled everywhere, old dirty tennis shoes laying under the exam table, car air fresheners hanging from the ceiling and an old broken printer shoved in the exam room. While checking in and getting info from the receptionist the nurse proceeded to badger her while she was speaking to me. The reception desk looked like a bomb went off and is so disorganized they could not find anything. Not one person washed or sanitized their hands. Went in saying I felt I had a food intolerance and not necessarily an allergy and wanted to talk through what I can do. He set up an appointment for me based on that. Did breathing test and allergy testing for everything from dust to mold to food. He then had me get further testing on my arm by needle injection. Afterwards he told me I was allergic to dust and mold and he could give me an inhaler.
