One of my wife's and my favorite places in the "greater" Durham downtown area! A true oasis when it opened and become a cultural mecca with their expanded outdoor area. I write this with a heavy heart as this is their next-to-last day before they close the doors. Their role as one of the springboards of "new" Durham's recent rebirth is greatly appreciated and will be missed.
This is the second time I've met the cavalier calvacade here and each time it's been fantastic. Packing the front room out with cavaliers and we got to enjoy watching the trivia go on in the barrel room! Always a great brew on rotation and very dog friendly. Can't wait to come when it's not hot out to enjoy the big outdoor area!
