I have worked with Ann for 8 years and she is always looking out for our best interests in all aspects of insurance (bundled home, auto and umbrella). On an annual basis she reviews our policies and recommends what best fits our family needs. Our family of five, including three teen drivers, can be very challenging in finding quality carriers with reasonable rates. Ann is relentless in providing quality service and presenting solutions within our budget! I highly recommend the Durso & Jankowski agency!!

Ann and the team have been nothing short of fantastic to work with for the entire 4 years, having handled multiple claims for me throughout those years. I've been with this insurance for a while now. Unfortunately, never smeem to want help. I think they have very poor communication with over that couple of years.
