Tony is great. I love my prosthetic it feels great. The whole office is great so friendly and sweet.
I have been seen by Durretts Orthotics for basically my entire life (just turned 30). The have made almost every pair I've ever made Growing up the worst part of having my disability was getting new braces made. Ron and Tony adapted to my "quirks" and "particular preferences" as we have made and adjusted pair after pair growing up. From the bottom of my heart thank you for everything you guys do for me and I honestly have been blessed for having these wonderful people in my back yard!
Seeing Durettes for a BTK prosthesis, refit procedure was thorough and personalized, care team was great. Sarah and Tony were professional and friendly, very kind and focused on prosthetic reliability and comfort. Best experience for this whole situation in the past 3 years since the amputation. All that despite the fact that Sarah has a strange understanding about the differences between a terrapin and a frikkin turtle. She's in the medical industry, not herpetology, so I'll overlook it for now...but still.
