We chose Durette Designs because their work looked great. And our bathrooms do look great. However, upstairs they installed a sink with a chip in it and a mirror with a noticeable scratch. Downstairs, they seated the toilet incorrectly and it leaked into the basement. They fixed that at no charge. Somehow, they managed to fill the tub drain pipe with chunks of concrete that our plumbers still dealing with.
