Durrant Slate Plumbing are the BEST plumbing company there is! They are competitive in their prices, dependable and reliable when you are told they will be there, they are and if something happens, they make it right.
Durrant & Slate was the plumber our builder used when we built our home. They didn’t properly install the p-trap for our kitchen sink, which caused it to pull away from the garbage disposal and leak water through the floor, through our basement ceiling, through the can lights, and flooded our basement and ruined our personal belongings. It should have been properly secured, and extender used. So we’re dealing with this nightmare, all because they couldn’t properly assemble a simple p-trap.
Stan came and installed a sink and hose connections in our garage and installed a Water Softener. Stan was great to work with. Very responsive over the phone, right on time, and he worked quickly. Stan did great work and we are very happy with the water softener and sink he installed. Would recommend Durrant Slate Plumbing for anyone that needs a plumber!
HUGE thanks to Durrant Slate Plumbing for installing a new sump pump in my basement! They are a 6 star company in a 5 star world! Our house is 10 years old and never had a sump pump installed. With the heavy snow fall this winter my wife insisted we finally get one. Durrant Slate was recommended to me by a friend so I called them on Tuesday and left a message. I was cutoff by one of their drivers. Then he kept just sitting there and backing up traffic. When I pulled up along side of him to get around it was because he was on his phone. The light was green and he was just sitting there on his phone until someone honked. This happened at several intersections
