Making a review because the way they treat customers is not how it used to be. Brand new skids on lease and when they break on warranty they give you a worse machines than what you brought in and make sarcastic comments about the rental they are giving you. Save your time and bring your machines elsewhere, where the GM actually cares more about you than the numbers he sees on his desk. Customer service needs work professionalism.
Had a Bobcat snowpusher with a hydraulic angle on it and wanted to trade it on a new HLA snowing. They quoted me $15,600 for the new pusher and they were going to give me $1500 for my old one. Looked around and bought the exact same one at a different dealer for $12,700 without the trade. Just sharing my experience and you be the judge
