We had a will created here for my grandmother and to get a POA document for myself. First of all, the POA document had conflicting verbiage and we found out was not applicable. The whole process was awful, when I spoke to someone over the phone I couldn't help but sense they were trying to belittle me and be extremely rude and unhelpful. It was such a negative experience that we decided to take our business elsewhere. Would NOT recommend.

You are better off handling things on your own and blundering through them than hiring Mr. Erler. 1- He does not listen to his clients wishes.
