I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the interaction I had with half of the gym owner, Jose. I had forgotten to remove a set of weights from the first machine I used during my two-hour workout. When I left, I received a picture and a text message about the weights and a threat of a $25 fee. Definitely one of the best gyms in Miami. More than enough of the same machines that if you have to wait more than 5 minutes it’s too long. The management along with employees are very down to earth and friendly. If you decide to get a trainer choose wisely, there are many good ones.

The staff are rude with no respect and get mad and offensive when you try to be honest.. they need some professionalism training, I heard negative feedback on this but thought to give it a try, but saw for myself.. how they can’t take respectful criticism but instead try to bash you as you did anything wrong. Training is always taken seriously, but a gym must want a community, therefore it’s not about vibes but about respect, which they lack sadly.

By far the best gym in Miami! The staff is extremely friendly, the front desk did a great job at welcoming me. The machines are nothing compared to any gym I’ve been too the machines are next level and different which is amazing. Durozone is extremely clean from the weight area to the bathroom it’s honestly a well kept gym. Very pleased with this gym and I am so happy I joined. I’ll start off by saying that I want to give this gym 5 stars, I really do. It is the best gym within the distance I’m willing to commute. However, there are several glaring issues that I feel the need to address to justify my 3 stars. Negatives: - Not open 24/7 - Membership is overpriced for a gym that only offers a weight and cardio area. There’s no pool, no saunas, no courts, etc. ($70 for new members,$42 for MIL/First Responders - Gym seems to ONLY play Reggaeton music and it all sounds the same. I don’t dislike the ge... read more
