They unload strictly by appointment. If they promised you open appointment just don’t do it, because they don’t have one and you’ll be stuck there for a long long time
It's ok. Checked in and told to wait on top lot for phone call. Waiting a bit. Then got a dock door. Not the fastest place but not the slowest place. Easy in and out.
Super nice people. It's one of my favorite places to deliver to. The shipping and receiving lady is the best. I believe they live unload 24 hours.
