My experience here was very pleasant, with respectful staff. I got to unloading in the Dock 13 very easily.
Nice and hard working people.l! They loaded me in 45 min!
I was a worried I would be waiting here for hours as I arrived early to my live unload a day early at night 9pm & @10:30 am appointment next morning I woke up @6:55am by the time I walked to the shipping and receiving office (around the building to the back) I was greeted wonderfully & had to scan the bar code that’s displayed next to the window of the receiving office right after dude put me right in a door and got to work 10/10 experience. Drivers please know you have to TALK to somebody to check in. They have have a sign to check in online, but don't bother, because nobody sees those. (Told to me by a worker.) If nobody is in the office there is a buzzer to press. Don't be like me and fill out the online form and then sit and wait for 3.5 hours until someone finally comes out and asks what you're doing there.
