Rang this afternoon to speak about my 81 year old Grandma, who I am really worried about due to suspected Alzheimers/dementia, the young girl who answered the phone already sounded like she couldn't be bothered as soon as she answered. I told her what I was worried about and was asked "Well, what are you ringing for?" She had such a bad attitude I ended up putting the phone down. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Not impressed at all. Disgusting. Staff (well certainly her) need more training on how to be courteous.
I phoned at 4.40pm on 13.03.25 to ask for a phone appointment to get test results from 3 weeks ago. The automated response said I was 17th in the queue. This counted down until l was 1st in the queue at 6.15pm. The message asked me to stay on the line and l was 1st in the queue. After 2 hours the message said "we cannot answer your call at this time". If there is no intention to answer the call, why put people in a queue with hope and expectation.
