Always helpful, and responsive! That means a lot, we usually rely on Erin for answers to our questions, she's been great,but everyone there seems to care. Customer service is alive and well at Durney Insurance Co.
***edit*** since my negative review I have had insurance through them for a year now and they have been nothing but great to work with. Never returned any of my calls. I made several attempts to establish business with them and there is no follow through.
