My car was running hot while was in Lufkin, Tx. I looked up some mechanics and the first one I saw was Durham. I called the shop and spoke with the owner. He told me to bring it in the next day. When I tell you they got my car up and running right away. Fix the problem. The staff is so polite and professional. I will bring my car back to Durham. Excellent job! Thank you!
This is has got to be one of the best shops that has ever worked on my vehicles. We needed the timing done on our car and needed it fast because I’m a sahm and my husband had to take my car to work which left me no car. Cas came and picked up the car on Sunday and had it done the SAME DAY ON A SUNDAY! He was so kind and professional. I have my truck back and My husband had his car because of these guys!
Our RV broke down on our way from Houston to Memphis with 4 kids in the vehicle and no electricity-no A/C. We called several places in Lufkin, but they couldn’t help until one person suggested Cas at Durham. When we got there, Cas immediately came out to try and get us back on the road as soon as possible. He fixed the problem within 20 min because he was trained and knowledgeable of our generator.
