I have been going to Durham Women's Clinic for 20 yrs (and to their Brier Creek location in recent years). I've referred Dr. Frenduto and this women's health practice to friends and family members.The front desk staff is welcoming. Nursing staff is very thorough and personable. Dr. Frenduto is always amazing--caring and very invested in your total well-being.
worst clinic ever, DO NOT MAKE ANY APPOINTMENTS HERE. They kept rebooking me for weeks due to “low availability” i had an appointment today, feb.03 ; they called to confirm appointment 4 times after i specifically said YES each time. I call feb.02 because i have questions on what insurance they accept, no answer. guessing they were closed due to “holiday.” I come in on feb.03 for my appointment at exactly 8:20. For the Brier Creek location. I LOVE this practice and truly value the patient-centered care they provide. I've seen multiple providers in my 4 years of being a patient, all around 5 stars. Thank you to Journey, receptionist, for also creating a welcoming environment!
Dr. Ankita Desai is an exceptional doctor and a truly compassionate human being. From the very first visit, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never make you feel rushed. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise are unmatched. I am beyond grateful to be under her care as my gynecologist and highly recommend Dr. Ankita to anyone looking for a OB/ Gynecologist who treats patients with both skill and heart.
