I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, that this Veternarian failed to provide. My female dog had her spaying surgery at this clinic. I met the Vet during our first visit to the hospital, to arrange the procedure. It was the last time that I saw him, or for that matter, spoke to him. Upon picking up my pet, just 3 hours after the surgery, he was not to be seen. There was not a call at any time, inquiring how she was doing, or if I had any questions. Dr Rob won my heart over from day one on how he carried Zoya. She looked like a little peanut perched on his giant shoulders. He knew right away how I am about her & have very high expectations for her care! He has surpassed my expectations for years. Always honest about where we should spend money in pet care, he keeps it to a minimum. Over the years he has most certainly gone above & beyond to care for our furfam! Thanks to all his staff for all their support. Always polite, efficient & professional.
