The Patient Advocate office at Durham VA has blocked me from leaving voicemails twice and refuses to escalate my complaints. I have documented injuries that are not being properly treated. They scheduled an MRI but refuse to use contrast, which makes the test almost useless. They are violating: • VHA Directive 1003.04. four times now. • 38 U.S.C. § 1710 • 38 CFR § 17.33 • 38 U.S.C. § 7309A Patient Advocates are supposed to work for veterans, not protect the system. This office is doing the opposite.”
