No one in community care or primary care has any answers, been waiting since May for an appointment for a service connected disability. No urgency, no answers, patient advocates don’t even call back! Im so saddened this is the care we get.
What is the point of calling me while at work to tell me to call back, and then never picking up the phone when I call? I’ve tried multiple times during the day and always no answer.
Recently, I was at the VA at 4:00-4:30. The VA closes at 4:30. The employees were walking out at 4:15 to 4:30. Not only are they leaving early, but their bags were fully packed and they were walking out. So, the question is when did they quit working and start packing. Yet, I’m sure they were paid to 4:30. It’s really a sorry experience. Especially, if you are a disabled veteran awaiting care!!
The worst customer service. I have been waiting forever to just get an appointment to address my issues. I have called multiple times. Extremely long wait times and most of the time they just hang up. The one time I spoke to a person, they were extremely rude and did not help at all.
