I have based my independent counselling and psychotherapy practice at Durham Therapy Centre for 9 years. Throughout this time, I have found the Centre to provide a welcoming and secure environment. The managers are responsive to requests regarding the office space, and pro-active in keeping up to date with legal and ethical requirements.
Had some sessions with Tai and he was very helpful, gave me lots of resources to deal with different situations and guided me towards my own conclusions well. Would recommend

The Therapy Centre diligenty organises an environment for independent therapists to practice and offer a range of service choices for visiting clients. I know both managers and they are extraordinarily diligent in trying to create a well managed, safe and ethical space for clients to be received and seen by their respective therapists. It is a truly valuable resource for the people of Durham and area.
