They are rip offs Told me I need front Springs and struts turned out. It wasn't true, and they pulled a piece of metal out of who knows where just to try to get me to pay more money For something that wasn't necessary in my car, he's a compulsive liar.I'd never recommend anyone going there
This business has a new owner. When I called and asked for the old owner he told me he was off for one week and would return on Monday. Because I had seen him work there in the past I took my car to change my winter tires. It took him 2 hours to change the tires and charged me $100. When I said that's a lot for a tire change he said cause he had to align the tires. Then he wanted me to pay cash instead of debit. He is very dishonest. I've told everyone about him and will never go back again. He gives brown people a bad name.
I have been to many mechanics before I found Durham Rapid Auto. This business is by far the best experience. The guy who runs the place always sees me fast, fixes my car very well, his rates are very reasonable. These days it is hard to find a mechanic like this that you can trust, he is worth his weight in gold. I have gone to this mechanic about 10 times in the last year and he has always fixed my car fast, same day, good job, very reasonable prices and i trust him completely. I've been dealing with Emad (the new owner of the place) for almost a year and half, and have to admit that his prices are very reasonable, he is very honest and work is being done very quick and accurate. Last job done was tires and brakes for my Benz, he gave me different options for both to feel free and choose from, the job was done on time even though it was Friday and the shop was very busy. I do very recommend Emad to deal with.
