Just called the billing dept to move my business from a more expensive imaging provider to DRA. The service on the phone was so unhelpful that I’ve decided to keep the more expensive appointment at a competitor than hope to save money here because I do not feel these people have a competent billing team. No point in having to deal with them later if they screw up the billing codes, etc.

Es complicadisimo realizar los pagos de sus facturas y no tiene. Una oficina donde uno pueda ir a realizar los pagos o informarse

Never received any bill they claimed they sent to me, even after following up 3 times (with the agents confirming on the phone that they would send it “again”)…

Their billing department is miserable. I will actively avoid going to any Durham radiology for the experience I had with them. Recommend you do the same.

The actual service was good but the billing department is not. It can take up to a week for the website to reflect payment. I also saw a pending charge on my account for a bill that was previously paid in full for the exact same amount despite only paying the bill once. I was told the only thing they can do is the charge hit then refund it.
