You are told that x-rays don't need an appointment. So why did the x-ray technician take in 2 people before me when I was waiting? I asked him and he told me that her x-ray was more urgent. Really? He's not a doctor to decide who has the more urgent problem. Even if her x-ray was marked urgent by her doctor, doesn't that just mean he wanted it done as soon as possible? It doesn't mean she should jump the line before others that had been waiting. It's not like the emergency ward at the hospital.
THE BEST ULTRASOUND DEPARTMENT. The staff here are truly kind and know whats what! They are always super helpful and go above and beyond to figure things out for you. When your doctors are confused and confusing you, they always help figure things out and take the time to explain things properly. I really recommend this office for any and all ultrasounds! I went here today with a referral from the walk-in next door. They took me in right away for an x ray. I had my baby with me and he wasnt allowed in but the two ladies at reception were so kind and offered to watch him for me. I found that so kind and comforting even though they were complete strangers. Very accommodating. I appreciate you ladies!
When I called and Mir heard that I tore my bicep in half and was told at the hospital they would do nothing for me just go home and let it heal and do some physio he told the receptionist to bring me in right away and he would fit me in. He was amazing. He had the ultrasound done professionally right away and the report sent to my doctor by the end of the day for me. I can’t say thank you enough for this.
