they have done great job i got 15 mints late but they treated me good.the guy done my sound his name was Mir he was great guy very polite and treat me like his friend. i am thankful to them
Staff is incredibly unprofessional. The nurse running the Xrays on the weekend named Susan was incredibly rude and disrespectful. These technicians require customer service experience when dealing with patients and the attitude given is beyond unacceptable.
I went to this place and i did ultrasound with Mr.Mir it was comfortable and pain free ultrasound. He is very to motivate so I will recommend Durham Radiology best place to do the ultrasound.
The staff at Durham Radiology were unreasonable. I arrived just 5 minutes late, largely because the plaza was busy and there was no parking available, yet they refused to proceed with my ultrasound and insisted on rescheduling. Preparing for a pelvic ultrasound requires a lot of effort—especially drinking all that water—and being turned away after that is incredibly frustrating. Patients should not be treated this way.
I’ve been coming to them since 2009 and always doing their best normal excellent staff very clear and patient even when they have their busy times am always at ease and comfortable when I leave big fat thank you to all the staff
