We had an amazing experience working with Durham Promotional Products! Pat went above and beyond by personally driving to our office to deliver samples of the bags we were considering for our order. He provided a fantastic rate and gave us an honest opinion on what would work best for our needs, which we truly appreciated. I’m feel they are taking advantage of girls hockey by overcharging for sweatshirts etc. and for overcharging on shipping. I had a team order that should have qualified for free shipping but because some of the team had already ordered (shirts we not shipped) and we didn’t have an additional 15 shirts to order there was no discount and shipping was 30 to 46 dollars per shirt. They were unwilling to work with us on this and because they have a contract with owha they have the rights to the logos. 1 shirt is over $200.
