I've used Durham Plumbing Services twice over the past two years. The first time was to replace an ancient water heater in the house that we purchased. This most recent visit was to perform preventative maintenance and to address a minor issue with that water heater. All in all it was a great experience both visits as Durham Plumbing Services offers top notch customer service with no up-selling or scheduling delays. I can't say enough good things about this company! I have been using them for over 3 years and I live in a real fixer upper so I call on them a lot and they always exceed my expectations! They are affordable and reliable. They are timely and stay in contact with you if they are running behind schedule. Their costumer service is fantastic. I only wish they did other things like general contractor work etc! Then I would never have to worry! Seriously though, if you are considering hiring a plumber look no further!
