Summary: 1.talking on the phone (5 stars, friendly attitude) 2.getting quote and arrange time (5 stars) 3.call out charge and additional product quote (1.5 stars) Advice to other people booking their service, ask the call out charge included in your quote. So I stupidly didn't ask about that and afterwards got charged 70 pounds. average for Durham on the internet is around 50 pounds.
