If I could give 6 stars, I would! My two-year experience here was amazing. Dr. John and the entire team are genuinely caring, patient, and easy to talk to. I always felt comfortable during my visits, and Dr. John took the time to explain things clearly instead of rushing through appointments. Top tier service through and through. I came here roughly two years ago and from assessment to monthly check ups everyone has been fantastic. Beautiful clean clinics in both Ajax and Whitby locations, with super friendly staff and a real attention to detail. Anytime I had issues with my braces, which was rare, I called up, and was seen shortly. Best decision of my life and if I could tell anyone who has anxiety or fear of getting it done, it’s worth it.
