Seen my mom in the hospital and did not have good bedside manner AT ALL and very short with her when she asked questions. The whole consult lasted maybe 5 minutes and didn't explain anything.
Dr. Cooperberg was open to answering all of my questions, this is new to me as far as my diagnosis. Dr. Cooperberg made sure I was comfortable with his answers, he was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The entire staff in this office is friendly but also kept a certain level of professionalism that helped me feel comfortable with this experience...
