Doesn't honour consumer rights. The car I bought was not roadworthy(faulty gearbox). The mileage was clocked back(realised very late) and full service they promise to provide is a scam(Not even the coolant was topped up in my case). Refused return within 14 days by saying that they have bought a third-party warranty for me and I have to deal with them if the car had any faults. The returned car(FD63VZR) is now advertised as spares or repairs. Bought the car in January, raised a dispute with the bank in February and got refun... read more

I bought a car from here and it was exactly as described. The man said it has a gearbox problem and it has but not a bad problem. He said he would provide another gearbox and he did just that. He was very friendly and so helpful as well

I want to give them (-5) stars, because it is the worst company to buy a car . The car has many faults, wants service and he does not want to fix any fault. Especially when he found out that I am not English, he used to leave the car for days and sometimes over a week and then nothing done, also there is no warranty. Many people said that all cars have faults, but I did not believe that till bought one and now I recommend nobody buys from this trader. Honestly my experience isn’t as bad as some of the reviews but he wasn’t 100% honest about the condition of the car (rust,dents,boot button broke etc - they’re only minor but nice to know beforehand when your driving 3.5 hours to view a car) the thing that’s done me over is I had 3 months free warranty but that has now been cancelled as they have not paid the company to cover me for the 3 months. Personally will not be buying a car from them again, couldn’t give a monkeys about there customers. Avoid at all costs.
