Matt at Durham Massage Company is one of the very best massage therapists I've ever been to! I started seeing him at the tail end of two frozen shoulders (ugh) and he was a huge help because by the time I got to him, over a year later, I also had secondary issues caused by my lack of mobility. I had been suffering from a leg tweak for over a month. I'd done all sorts of things to be able to keep playing, but I'd re-tweak, recover, re-tweak, recover....for weeks. I was Back Buddy-ing, Theragun-ing, foam-rollering, and lacrosse-balling myself, and getting periodic massages from membership massage place.
