I saw Matt for two visits to address my chronic low back pain which has affected me during CrossFit workouts. He identified and treated problem areas which have resulted in a noticeable improvement already. I appreciate his transparency and interest in helping me get to the root issue vs creating a dependency on massage.
Just left my first appointment with Matt and it was amazing! He listened to my concerns and thoroughly addressed each issue with care. His knowledge and expertise will be super helpful to keep my legs in check as I prepare for an upcoming race. Looking forward to another session soon!

Matt at Durham Massage Company is one of the very best massage therapists I've ever been to! I started seeing him at the tail end of two frozen shoulders (ugh) and he was a huge help because by the time I got to him, over a year later, I also had secondary issues caused by my lack of mobility.
