I recently stayed here for an event. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. The staff overall was helpful and kind but the front desk rep, Stone, really stood out. Upon arrival he welcomed me and went beyond his duties to help with my luggage. The morning breakfast crew was attentive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wouldn’t recommend, the shower situation is pretty abysmal and the room/halls had a persistent odor of urine/mildew. No room service available, not much entertainment options in terms of streaming either. Service was very poor—they are extremely well staffed so I’m not taking it personally. For much better value + experience, really recommend 21c Museum Hotel down the street.
