Smaller room, No bath robe, No room safe, Old coffee machine. You can’t get a cup of coffee delivered Thursday-Sunday! No room service available Thursday-Sunday at all, which wasn’t posted on their website. I’d question any 5 star reviews. This is one of the worst Marriott’s I’ve stayed at & I travel often. My room was not re-stocked before my stay- no cups, coffee mate or supplies. Room was super hot/humid when I entered, but I arrived before check-in time & they accommodated me, which was a plus. This place is very noisy. Slamming doors can be heard deep into the night. Police fire and ambulance sirens all night. I would definitely look for something else.
Smaller room, but that’s common for a city hotel room. The train sounds are not ideal, but you will hear it from any hotel nearby. The room service menu is small, with only 4 main dinner selections. No lunch option onsite. No bath robe, no room safe and old coffee machine, but the room was clean. Decent hotel but front desk and some staff need to be let go. Also I had my credit card maxed. They took my debit card for deposit. Yes they mentioned 5 business days or more to get it back. First off the authorisation was done twice! Also it been 10 business days and they still have it!
