I’d like to thank Dr. Peter Aspell. He’s made my life better and easier, where ever he is.
This facility have taken on too many enrolments for it to benefit any patient. Up to 1-2 weeks to be seen when you’re sick. The nurse hardly answers and the reception staff are very rude (Adele and Amanda to be specific) Amanda won’t tell the doctor you’re there for half an hour after you arrive. Total incompetence.
Dr. Jill is a excellent, knowledgeable Gp, that cares and are very thorough!
Waited over an hour, reception staff very rude. This is the 3rd time I've been back for the same thing for my daughter and still no proper answer. Took me 7 years and thousands of dollars in appointments to get a medical hysterectomy done. This is the most dysfunctional doctor practice. And charge through the roof !
Absolutely hopeless organisation. Prescription renewal not forwarded onto the pharmacy (again). A big middle finger to you.
