I came in for a Saturday walk in appointment and it was one of the most refreshingly positive experiences with a medical practice I’ve had in New Zealand. The wait time was short and Margo on reception was so kind and friendly. I was quickly seen by a nurse and then a doctor Nicky. Nicky was so helpful, respectful and really listened and wanted to provide a caring and supportive experience. I have nothing but nice things to saw about this practice - reception, nurses and doctors. I have seen a few doctors there i.e Jill and Nicky and I think it was Richard - all super efficient. Today I saw Joanna. I had an appointment this morning and before 12 noon she had arranged for blood tests and an ultrasound and rang back with the results. Well done Durham Health.
Absolutely wonderful care and help when I was seen to. Couldn't be more impressed by all of them
