I’m giving three stars to Dr. Feiler, who is great and I have zero problems with, but I’m taking two stars away for the rest of my experience there dealing with support staff members. Multiple questionable things happened. The front desk staff is also great! I had to call with an insurance authorization question. This office is very out of touch with insurance filing. Dr. Rein stated "we'll do some bloodwork" to confirm I'm not malnourished due to Celiac, next thing I know my insurance is billed $3,500. The quantity of labs was not disclosed to me. Some of them could have been coded as preventative (I have had them coded as such before). I ended up having to pay $1,500 out of pocket "for some bloodwork".
They offer the most qualified gastroenterologist Durham has to offer. I highly recommend you see one of their Dr's and receive their life-saving procedures before its too late.
