Some of the worst property management I've ever seen. For what they charge a month. It's absolutely ridiculous. Don't answer the phone. Don't respond to emails issues with the roofs issues with the roads issues with the sidewalks issues with the sprinkler system. I was lied to every step of the way on my purchase.
Beautiful community with resort-style living! From the Farmhouse with meting space, snack bar and fitness center, to the pool, splash pad, playgrounds and two oversized dog parks, living in Durham Farms is a permanent vacation. There are also resident clubs, community events, food trucks, and music to enjoy!
