Terrible staff.. changing payment systems … mis communication and found reasons to take a big amount of deposit when leaving. Sent me terrible emails after not renewing my lease.
This development does a piss poor job managing the construction. I drove through and got 3 screws in my tire. My friends who moved in, also had screws in both their car tires. They need to hold these construction crews accountable - it’s an absolute mess back there and there’s a ton of people living in the middle of it.
My wife and I just moved into Durham Farms recently from Orlando, FL and we are extremely satisfied with the service we have received. Sarah G. has been wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable about the community, provides great customer service, and very friendly to work withy. Looking forward to a long future living in Durham Farms.
