These guys are great! This was my first experience with them after not going to a dentist for too long, I felt very well taken care of. Everyone’s wonderfully pleasant and took great care to make sure I understood every part of the process and was as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend! Durham Dental Group has a great team! My hygienist was very skilled. The cleaning was done in a gentle, but thorough fashion that was absolutely pain free. Dr. P gave me a great exam, and offered a treatment plan for some crowns I’ll be scheduling soon. Melanie and Lindsey then submitted my treatment plan to my insurance carrier so we can schedule my crown preps. It’s easy to see that they enjoy their work. Who knew going to the dentist could be such fun!
I had a great experience here from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The office was clean and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust!
Will return! Was able to book same day appointment for sudden oral/cheek pain. Dr. P was thorough with his assessment and provided on the spot treatment as well as discussed future treatment plans with estimated costs which shows he cares about patients teeth and their wallet! Everyone at the office including Dr. P and Jayla were very flexible and kind about my baby having to come to the office with me. They even entertained my baby while I had X-rays done for safety.
