Like before, they did a wonderful job on my dental work so I’m back to upgrade and do another job and the visit went real well real smooth and they also seen my son which he is six and he feel real comfortable with them and he enjoyed his visit. Great job guys.
Dr Ali is the best i didn’t even feel the needle when he numbed me. Jayla was wonderful so nice and welcoming!
I have had issues with numbing shots, including here. It is some sort of reaction. Nausea, sweats, "spinning" like im drunk. The dentist and staff here are great. They talk to me, give me time if I need it, keep detailed notes on my preferences. I know they are a business and they need to make money but it definitely feel like the patient is the first priority. I have been back (1yr+) and will continue to be back.
Very unprofessional. They try to reschedule basically every appointment, and will charge you a cancellation fee when you can't make the appointment that they requested you reschedule. The billing people have no idea how to deal with insurance.
I swear I never in my 41 years of life met a dentist office that is so polite and friendly and can get the job done. This is the place I promise you that you won’t regret it. And they open on a Saturday. Yes. I had an appointment 4/25 for a crown they numbed me so good I couldn’t feel anything. And then the dentistry seen that I needed two fill in he did that too.
