This was a very disappointing experience. I was charged $228 CAD to remove a baby tooth that was already extremely loose. The tooth was already bending toward the palate and would likely have fallen out on its own. What concerned me most was the lack of communication and consent. Instead of asking me, the parent, the dentist asked my 9-year-old daughter if she wanted the tooth removed and proceeded based on her response, without confirming with me first. My daughter was referred here for extensive dental work. She just completed her final appointment and I will say they are so kind, did such an amazing job and were incredibly nonjudgmental in a situation that other dentist practices were. They have worked with me to make this easier financially and handled all the forms etc. All the ladies in the room with my daughter and in the recovery room were so kind and put myself and her at ease.
