We ordered a hot tub cover from this company, and it ended up being the wrong size because they measured it incorrectly. When we contacted them, they completely refused to offer a refund or even exchange it for the correct size. Paul, the person we dealt with, took no accountability for the mistake and actually suggested that we try to find someone else to buy the incorrect cover he ordered.
