Simple straight forward process to order. Estimated 5 weeks to arrive and it showed up in our driveway just shy of that time framed. Looks and fits great!
It has now been almost 6 weeks since i ordered a hot tub cover from Durham covers..when i called and asked for an ETA i was told they couldn't give me one..in my 40 plus years in retail operations, i have never heard of a vendor who could not give a ETA. Not Happy!!
I had been calling and messaging GTA places for a new cover for my Hydropool Serenity 5 hot tub, which I needed ASAP. I was dismayed at many implying that they were the manufacturers, when there are in actuality only 2 in Ontario. Paul Mintha at Durham Covers was very forthright about this, a good sign. His price was great. He picked up the deposit, put the order in, and in about a week personally delivered my beautiful new cover which fit perfectly.
Do not buy a hot tub cover from this guy! He is a liar and does not stand behind his mistakes. 1. He got my strap measurements wrong. He admitted he didn't want to get the replacement wrong and asked me to deal directly with his manufacture.. then never answered my calls again. After much back and forth the manufacture says no problem, they'll just make another and shipped it to me. 3 months later still no cover.
